Mark E. Atkins, Chairman
As of November 2002, Mark E. Atkins was appointed chairman of the board, chief executive officer and president of Invention Machine. Prior to joining Invention Machine, Mr. Atkins was chairman, president, and CEO of Vality Technology Incorporated, which evolved from a 3-person startup in 1990 to a position of market leadership in the data quality/enterprise information integration sector to the Global 5000. In 2002, Mr. Atkins sold Vality to Ascential Software Corporation for a cash transaction valued at over one hundred million dollars. Before joining Vality, Mr. Atkins was the Senior Vice President of Computer Solutions (the precursor to Powersoft), where he served as a key contributor to building the company from a five-person startup to a nationally recognized enterprise. Powersoft evolved as the global innovator in the client server tools market segment, and was ultimately acquired by Sybase in 1994. Prior to Computer Solutions, Mr. Atkins was National Sales Manager for the Data Networking division at Honeywell Information Systems, responsible for the global revenues of the division. Earlier in his career, he held executive management positions at Service Bureau Corporation (a former IBM subsidiary), Polaroid Corporation, and BayBank (acquired by BankBoston, now a part of Bank of America). Mr. Atkins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts, an advanced degree from the American Institute of Banking, and a Masters of Business in Finance and Accounting from Babson College.

Fred Fraenkel
Fred Fraenkel is the Chairman of Millennium 3 Capital, a firm specializing in early stage investing. Before 1998, Mr. Fraenkel was Vice Chairman of ING Barings Furman Selz and Chief Operating Officer of Furman Selz LLC. Before joining Furman Selz in March 1995, Mr. Fraenkel spent nine years at Lehman Brothers where he managed and developed Lehman's all star global research department that was ranked #1 by Institutional Investor in 1990, 1991 and 1992. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Fraenkel was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Market America Group, an investment advisory firm. He also spent four and a half years as Director of Equity Research and a member of the Board of Directors at Prudential Securities. Mr. Fraenkel began his Wall Street career in 1974 as a securities analyst with Goldman Sachs & Company, and was Chief Investment Strategist for E.F. Hutton from 1980 to 1982.Mr. Fraenkel received a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Lehigh University, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Peter Gyenes
Peter Gyenes has four decades of experience in global technical, sales, marketing, and general management positions within the software and computer systems industries. Most recently, he served as Chairman and CEO of Ascential (NASDAQ: ASCL) until it was acquired by IBM in 2005. Prior to Ascential, Mr. Gyenes served as Chairman and CEO of Informix Software where he led the sale of its database business to IBM and the transition from Informix to Ascential. He was Chairman and CEO of Ardent Software, which he joined in 1996, which was acquired by Informix in 2000. Previously, Mr. Gyenes served as President and CEO of Racal InterLan, Inc., and in executive positions at Data General Corporation, Encore Computer Corporation and Prime Computer, Inc. Earlier in his career, he held sales and technical positions at Xerox Data Systems and at IBM. Mr. Gyenes also serves on the boards of Applix (NASDAQ: APLX), Lawson Software (NASDAQ: LWSN), webMethods (NASDAQ: WEBM), Viryanet (NASDAQSC: VRYA), a number of privately held technology companies and is a trustee of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council. He is a graduate of Columbia University where he received both his B.A. in mathematics and his M.B.A. degree.

John Moragne
John Moragne is a Senior Managing Director of Trident Capital, and has been with Trident since co-founding the firm in 1993. From 1989 to 1993, John was a Principal with Bain Capital, a leveraged buyout firm affiliated with Bain & Company, and with Information Partners Capital Fund, a private equity firm associated with Bain Capital and Dun & Bradstreet Enterprises. Earlier in his career, John was a management consultant with Bain & Company. John is currently on the board of directors of Trident’s portfolio companies Array Converter, Appia, JiWire, Jobvite, Perigen, Sojern and Turn. He is also an Advisor to the Stanford University Clinical Excellence Research Center, a member of the Advisory Board of the Stanford University School of Earth Sciences and a member of the Board of Directors of Climate Central. John’s past directorships include Chamberlin-Edmonds Associates (sold to CharterHouse Group), Datatel (sold to Hellman & Friedman), HomeAway (IPO: AWAY), MapQuest.com, Inc. (IPO; sold to AOL), Newgen Results Corporation (IPO; sold to Teletech Corporation (TTEC)), bamboo.com (sold to Internet Pictures (IPIX)), Daou Systems, Inc. (IPO: DAOU), Frisco Holdings, Inc. (sold in a management buyout), Internet Profiles Corporation (sold to CMGI), Medicode, Inc. (sold to Ingenix, now United Health Group), Resolution Health (sold to WellPoint (WLP)), and Vality Technology, Inc. (sold to Ascential Software (ASCL)). John holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College, an M.S. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
