How can you take a military license and transfer to a CDL License in http://www.dmv4sure.com/north-carolina-cdl.htm the state you reside without testing? http://www.dmv4sure.com/new-york-cdl.htm I am curious if it is possible to take a military license and transfer this over to a CDL without the paper test or road test?.
